this project comprises the building of:
– 4 basement floors
– ground floor
– offices floor
– technical floor
– 10 residential floors
– 3 roof floors
the structural system was assumed to be of reinforced concrete members:
– raft foundation: on soil springs located exactly within the columns/wall’s boundaries
– slabs: are assumed to be two-way solid slabs for all floor slabs
– core walls, shear walls and columns of reinforced concrete
– retaining walls: 30 cm thick rc walls
