Batool Jebara & Hussein Shehade
Located in the bustling suburbs of Beirut, in one of the most prominent projects in the area, a 130 sq m apartment was designed to fit the needs of a young family taking into consideration future requirements.
Built-in storage spaces are key functional elements and the use of different textures with the same materials create a light and shadow play whilst still maintaining this free airy modern feel.
Light oak parquet flooring is used throughout the project, met by a white fluted backdrop in the reception area tv unit, and highlighted with An accent marble base. The general feel is fresh and airy with lots of sunlight.
The master bedroom features a marble versus wood backdrop with concealed storage space. Glass closets with indirect lighting create a reflection of the other elements and gives depth to the room.
Kitchen cabinets combine both white acrylic and wooden oak creating a perfect workspace feel.
